Facilities Services

VISION: Central School District is a model to other districts as the safest, healthiest and most welcoming environment for our staff, students, parents and community to learn, teach and play.

MISSION: The Facilities Services Department maintains and operates Central School District facilities in an effective and efficient manner to promote a positive, inclusive and equitable learning environment.

Facilities Services includes custodial and maintenance staff, helps with community use of facilities, and is responsible for compliance with laws and regulations regarding safety, security, and environmental health.

The Central School Board, on June 24, 2019, adopted a Healthy and Safe Schools Plan, in accordance with OAR 581-022-2223. The plan lists the ways the Districts prevents and handles potential hazards such as lead in water, radon, lead in paint, asbestos, carbon monoxide and pest management.
