How will we help students get on track?
- 9th grade Success Team
- Interdisciplinary team comprised of administration, teachers, and counselors
- Review data using Atlas and Data Dialogue Protocols, discuss systems, supports, and interventions
- Interdisciplinary team comprised of administration, teachers, and counselors
- Create clear and consistent definition of on track status
- Use to plan academic interventions, integrate into family nights and within extra and cocurricular
