State Report Cards

The 1999 Oregon State Legislature enacted law requiring public access to information about community schools annually.  This information is available through the Oregon Dept of Education website.  This report card provides information about teacher qualifications and experience, student achievement, attendance, and graduation rates.

The Central 13J Achievement Compact represents an agreement between the 13J School Board and the Oregon Education Investment Board (OEIB), headed by Dr. Rudy Crew. These Compacts are required by Oregon state law and are one part of the state's goal to have all students college and career ready, with 100% graduation at a high level of performance by 2025. The "Summary" forms give a snapshot of the state benchmark goals and Central's first target along this path to 2025. The "Disagg" forms show the same goals by disaggregated subgroups of students because we want to see ALL of Oregon's students achieve at high levels.

The 13J Achievement Compact has been approved by the OEIB. The School Board has appointed an Achievement Compact Advisory Committee who will work this year on implementing the district's goals and setting the Achievement Compact for the 2013-2014 school year.
